PACK铜铝排焊接 面向电池PACK中铜排、铝排及连接片焊接需求，艾雷可提供机器人激光焊接方案，适配不同结构件、多角度焊接和批量化生产需求，提升PACK连接件焊接效率、强度和一致性。
方壳封边焊接 方壳电池封边焊对焊缝连续性、密封性和外观一致性要求高。艾雷可通过连续激光焊接与路径控制方案，降低热输入对壳体变形的影响，解决封边焊中【焊缝不连续、密封不良、热变形、外观波动】等问题。
极耳焊接 针对圆柱、方壳、软包电池极耳多层箔材焊接需求，艾雷可提供摆动焊、振镜焊等工艺方案，解决极耳焊接中常见的【虚焊、烧穿、飞溅、焊接强度不稳定】等问题，提升电芯连接可靠性和批量焊接一致性。
汇流排焊接 汇流排铜铝材料具有高反射、高导热特性，传统焊接容易出现熔深不足、气孔、飞溅等缺陷。艾雷通过环形光斑焊接与工艺参数优化，提升铜铝材料能量吸收稳定性，改善【气孔、炸点、焊瘤、虚焊】等问题，适用于模组汇流排高质量连接。
